At Itrāa Essence, every candle, wax luminary, and gifting creation is carefully handcrafted and packed with attention to detail. Our aim is to ensure your order reaches you safely and beautifully presented.
1. Order Processing Time
Standard orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.
Customized, personalized, bulk, corporate, wedding, or event orders may require additional processing time depending on quantity, design, packaging, and customization requirements.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping across India.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeline
- Metro cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch
- Non-metro cities and towns: 5–8 business days after dispatch
- Remote locations: Timelines may vary depending on courier serviceability
Please note that these timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable.
Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and ensuring availability at the delivery address.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, pin code, and contact details are entered correctly at the time of placing the order.
Itrāa Essence will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
6. Failed Delivery or Return to Origin
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Refunds will not be issued for orders returned due to customer-related delivery issues.
7. Damaged or Broken Products During Transit
Every Itrāa Essence product is packed with care using protective packaging. However, due to the fragile and handcrafted nature of our products, transit damage may rarely occur.
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged product
- Photographs of the outer shipping box
- Photographs of the internal packaging
- A complete, continuous, and unedited unboxing video recorded from before opening the package
Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement.
Approved damage claims will be resolved through replacement only. Refunds will not be issued for damaged shipments.
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
Itrāa Essence is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, public holidays, incorrect customer information, restricted delivery locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
