Welcome to Itrāa Essence. By accessing our website, browsing our products, placing an order, or using any service provided by Itrāa Essence, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Terms
Itrāa Essence creates handcrafted scented candles, wax luminaries, curated gifts, and decorative candle products. All products are handmade or hand-finished in limited batches, and slight variations in color, texture, finish, fragrance intensity, and decorative placement may naturally occur.
By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement and that all information provided by you is accurate and complete.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, colors, fragrances, sizes, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products and differences in screen displays, minor variations may occur.
Such variations are not considered defects and will not qualify for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing for approved bulk, corporate, or custom orders.
Once an order is placed, customers are responsible for reviewing order details, including product selection, quantity, shipping address, phone number, and any customization details.
Itrāa Essence will not be responsible for errors entered by the customer at the time of placing the order.
4. Pricing & Availability
Product prices are subject to change without prior notice. Offers, discounts, and promotional prices may be changed, withdrawn, or modified at the sole discretion of Itrāa Essence.
All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may offer an alternative product of equal value or contact you for further assistance.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Itrāa Essence ships orders across India through third-party courier partners.
Standard orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect customer details, delivery restrictions, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All orders placed with Itrāa Essence are final. We maintain a strict No Return & No Refund Policy due to the handmade, fragile, and made-to-order nature of our products.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds will not be accepted for change of mind, fragrance preference, incorrect order selection, minor handcrafted variations, or products that have been used, lit, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
7. Damaged Products During Transit
Every Itrāa Essence product is packed with care. However, if a product arrives damaged or broken during transit, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for replacement, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged product
- Photographs of the outer shipping box
- Photographs of the internal packaging
- A complete, continuous, and unedited unboxing video recorded from before opening the package
Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement.
Approved damage claims will be resolved through replacement only. Refunds will not be issued for damaged shipments.
8. Custom, Bulk & Corporate Orders
Customized, personalized, corporate gifting, wedding gifting, event gifting, white-label, and bulk orders are specially produced based on client requirements.
Once production has started, such orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Customers are responsible for approving all customization details, including names, logos, colors, packaging, fragrance preferences, quantity, and delivery details before production begins.
9. Candle Safety & Usage
Customers are responsible for using all candles safely and following proper candle care instructions.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Keep candles away from children, pets, curtains, paper, and flammable materials
- Place candles on a heat-resistant surface
- Trim the wick before each burn
- Do not move a burning candle
- Stop using the candle when only a small amount of wax remains
Itrāa Essence will not be liable for damage, injury, or loss caused by improper use, mishandling, or failure to follow candle safety instructions.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Itrāa Essence website, including product names, descriptions, images, designs, branding, text, graphics, and visual presentation, belongs to Itrāa Essence unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from Itrāa Essence.
11. Limitation of Liability
Itrāa Essence strives to provide high-quality handcrafted products and a smooth customer experience. However, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including delays, courier issues, misuse of products, or customer-provided incorrect information.
12. Changes to These Terms
Itrāa Essence reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our website or purchase of our products after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
